No need to worry! They will keep revising it until you’re completely satisfied. If you would like to onboard a different creator/team, we offer a 30 day transfer period so we can source a more suitable creator/team and transfer all files to them.
Yes, you will own all media assets created under our agreement. Our Bird team will provide all video, photo, and design deliverables via Frame IO, which you can download anytime. For access to RAW video and photo files, as well as project files and folders, we may deliver these via WeTransfer or an external hard drive, depending on the file size.

For one senior-level editor, the yearly expense surpasses $100,000, plus benefits. Additionally, locating one available and willing to work with you full-time can be quite challenging.
Our monthly plan gives you access to not just one senior-level editor but a team of editors.
Beyond this, our retainer offers additional services that a single senior-level editor would not provide.
On average, the majority of edits are fulfilled within one week. However, more intricate edits may require additional time.
Absolutely, you’re free to cancel at any time, provided you give a 60-day notice. This window allows us to smoothly wrap up all outstanding projects and shoots, transfer necessary knowledge to your team, and ensure the delivery of all media assets.
